Overview

Gain Feedback (“we”, “us”) provides a simple way to collect feedback on anything. This page explains what information we process to run the service at gainfeedback.com.

Information we collect

• Account information — such as your name, email address, and authentication credentials when you register.
• Feedback content — topics you create and responses submitted through your public form links.
• Technical data — basic logs and device information needed to secure and operate the application (for example IP address and browser type in server logs).

People who submit feedback through a public form do not need an account. Their responses are stored with the topic owner’s workspace so the owner can review them.

How we use information

We use the information above to provide, maintain, and improve Gain Feedback — including showing responses on your dashboard, optional AI sentiment analysis when enabled, authentication, support, and security.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may use trusted infrastructure and service providers (such as hosting, email, or AI processing) solely to operate Gain Feedback. Public form links are intentionally shareable — anyone with the link can submit feedback to that topic.

Retention & control

We retain account and feedback data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can update profile details in Settings and contact us to request account or data deletion.
